General
What’s the first session like?
We get straight to it. You tell me what’s bringing you in, and what you want to improve. I’ll explain how we’ll work and answer any questions before we start locking in goals.
How long are sessions? How often do I come?
Sessions: 50 minutes
Frequency: Weekly or biweekly depending on your goals. We’ll decide together.
Is therapy with me confidential?
Yes. What we talk about stays between us. The only exceptions are legal safety requirements (risk of harm, legal mandates).
