Confidence Bootcamp
The Confidence Bootcamp is a skills group designed to help teens strengthen their mental game the same way they train their bodies or practice their craft. Using a championship theme and sports framing, I help participants learn practical tools for stress, resilience, confidence, and connection.
What Teens Learn
• How to stay confident under pressure, in and out of the classroom, and/or game.
• How to manage negative self-talk and perfectionism and staying motivated.
• Techniques for helping reset, focus, and regain confidence.
• Identify their why.
Why It Works
Teens that compete, perform, and/or simply like doing the best they can in whatever they do may look grounded from the outside, but stress can build up quietly and lead to exhaustion, worry, or changes in motivation. This group provides a supportive, team-like feel where teens learn research-backed strategies to remain confident and grounded while doing the best they can.
