What I Do
If you’ve ever had a coach in sports, you know what it’s like to have someone in your corner helping you level up. That’s what therapy with me feels like. It’s not about lying on a couch and wondering how humans got here. We talk like real people, focused on what’s happening in your life and how you can tighten things up mentally. I help you reduce stress, cut out mental clutter, and sharpen the habits that keep you performing at a high level.
We use real, actionable therapy tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). CBT helps you catch those unhelpful patterns of thinking, break out of negative loops, and challenge the stuff that slows you down. ACT helps you improve by noticing what’s in your way, accepting it without letting it control you, and getting back to what matters. This isn’t some long, dragged-out process. It’s about building a bag of mindset tools you can use day to day.
Together, we’ll look at what’s important to you. We’ll clean up the mental clutter, sharpen your focus, and build a real plan to keep you locked in on your goals. Both in and out of your performance spaces. This work helps you feel more in control, more relaxed, and more connected, while keeping your drive. You get back to being the version of yourself that drives success without burning out.
